Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PICU Job Details: • PICU experience required with 2 years of nursing experience (3 years preferable) • BSN preferred for this children's hospital position • At least 1 completed previous travel assignment required • Weekend coverage as needed • Active RN license in state or compact license required • Cerner experience preferred • Must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years fall during assignment • Must work at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 holidays fall during assignment • RNs may be floated between like units and campuses within 20 miles of each other • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Must live at least 100 miles from facility to be considered • No pending licenses accepted - must be in compliance with NLC guidelines • All requested time off must be included at time of submission Facility: This specialized children's hospital provides comprehensive pediatric care with a focus on critical care services.
