STRIVE Studios is a dedicated art program within PSL Services/STRIVE, an organization that believes communities are better when everyone is involved. We offer a range of mediums such as ceramics, painting, sewing, screen printing, beading and digital photography to our program participants. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to fill a full-time position in our STRIVE Studios Program. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for the successful applicant plus $250 bonus if already DSP certified! Responsibilities and Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Drivers License and reliable vehicle Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities on their life skill goals while maintaining a safe, comfortable and fun atmosphere Assist in organizing and facilitating art activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities Maintain a safe, comfortable, and fun atmosphere Be flexible to meet needs of the people we work with Building relationships with clients and providing emotional support and crisis intervention when necessary No direct support experience required - we will train the successful applicant!
