Inventory Coordinator
For over 35 years, Peak Technologies has been at the forefront of providing end-to-end enterprise mobility, managed services, printing and mobile data capture solutions for performance-driven organizations focused on the optimization of supply chain and field-based business processes.Job Summary & ScopeResponsible for overseeing daily inventory control activities within the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory records, efficient material flow, and compliance with internal controls and operational standards. This role coordinates storage and distribution activities, administers procedures for shipping, receiving, and material handling, and serves as the primary point of accountability for inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and continuous process improvement while supporting warehouse staff in inventory best practices.Key AccountabilitiesLead cycle count programs (daily, weekly, monthly), investigate variances, and complete reconciliationsPerform and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in the warehouse using NetSuite ERPMaintain accurate inventory records, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of received goodsCoordinate with receiving, shipping, production, and repair teams to ensure material availability and efficient material flowAdminister and enforce warehouse and inventory control procedures, including verification of inbound and outbound shipmentsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, internal controls, and operational standards within the warehouseMonitor inventory-related KPIs and implement corrective actions as neededIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory processes, workflow efficiency, and space utilizationEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITSProven experience in inventory management, coordination of materials, and warehouse organizationStrong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management principles, and space optimizationProficiency with barcode scanners and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.This position requires safe operation of a forklift; experience is preferred.TYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETSSERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process deliveryCOST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvementINNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or costLanguage SkillsPrimary language used in daily operations is English.
