Job Title: Operator A – Electronics AssemblerType: Contract-to-HireShifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMRole SummaryWe are seeking detail-oriented Operator A candidates to assemble various electronic components and accessories following standardized work instructions. This role requires careful attention to quality workmanship while meeting production schedules and product quantity goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and accessories according to standardized work instructions.Use basic math skills and measuring devices to ensure assembly accuracy.Demonstrate good manual dexterity for handling small parts.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written instructions.Verify product quality using work instructions and checklists; report defects or questionable conditions.Examine parts or completed assemblies for deficiencies.Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Key Qualifications / RequirementsRequired:High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Effective verbal and written communication with coworkers and management.Self-starter with good organizational and analytical skills.Preferred:1–2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.1–2 years in roles requiring attention to detail and handling small components.Physical / Occupational ExposuresStanding or walking 100% of the shift.Repetitive hand and finger movements.Frequent lifting: 1–10 lbs; occasional lifting: 10–25 lbs; rare lifting: up to 50 lbs.Twisting at the waist as needed.Why Join UsThis Contract-to-Hire role offers openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
