Job Description This position is located in Columbia Falls, MT and will require you to relocate.We are in search of an Associate Attorney to work with two other attorneys in a small boutique firm with an emphasis on transactional work. The firm specializes in business law, employment law, and estate planning. The firm is expanding to include some civil litigation.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with drafting legal documentsProvide advice to corporate/perspective clients regarding employment law issuesPerform legal researchConduct initial consultations with potential clientsQualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolLicense to practice law in MontanaEmployment Law or Estate Planning planning preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skillsAttention to detail
