This position is responsible for guaranteeing that clients' orders are submitted to our preferred partner suppliers with accuracy and a sense of urgency to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate with the sales team and management to identify improvements in processes and customer retention.
