Working alongside industry leaders, this role offers high visibility for career progression and the opportunity to play an integral part in a rapidly expanding organization.Overview & ResponsibilitiesSales Expertise & Business DevelopmentLead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities across the region.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by targeting high‑value accounts and uncovering untapped market segments.Represent the company in the field, strengthening brand presence and driving sustained regional expansion.Demonstrate a strong background in direct customer sales, supported by exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Adopt a relationship‑focused approach to managing and growing existing customers within the assigned territory.Product Expertise & Technical ApproachApply your knowledge of chemical solutions across metal fabrication, manufacturing, treatment, machining, and finishing end‑market applications.Deploy a consultative, value‑based selling approach, delivering full‑service, solution‑oriented support to customers.Translate technical product value into commercial success, positioning the company as a trusted partner for industrial and manufacturing clients.Requirements5+ years of commercial experience within the Metalworking Fluids industry.A hunter mentality with a proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets.Based remotely in Minnesota, with flexibility to travel throughout the region to engage customers and support growth.CompensationBase Salary: $100,000 – $130,000Uncapped commission on new and recurring businessCar allowance: $700 per monthComprehensive medical coverage401(k) contributions
