Job Summary:Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible schedule with no caseload, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.Responsibilities:Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plansCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language PathologistsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each clientConduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reportsParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developmentsRequirements:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related fieldBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA)At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilitiesStrong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $105-$120Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time opportunitiesNO CASELOAD, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clientsOpportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team of professionalsProfessional development opportunities and training sessions to stay current on industry developments and best practicesJ-18808-Ljbffr
