This includes designing, strategizing, delivering, and communicating various offerings such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. You'll work closely with our CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Director of Employee Benefits, Account Managers, vendor partners, and key clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExperience conducting benchmarking analysis to compare existing employee benefits packages to industry best practices.Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients through effective communication and high-quality project execution.Strong proficiency in gathering and analyzing employee data, client renewals, and billing statements, with a focus on accuracy and plan analysis.Demonstrated customer service skills, including support for internal and external clients, utilizing a service-oriented approach.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to communicate due dates, timelines, and expectations proactively to various stakeholders.Proficiency in data entry at a speed necessary for successful job performance.Ability to maintain clear communication channels with clients, producers, insurance carriers, and internal partners.Stay informed on insurance technical knowledge, market trends, agency automation, and company information, continuously researching and evaluating new service delivery methods.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends from data systematically and diagnose and resolve issues effectively.Willingness to attend on-site and off-site training sessions as required.Flexibility to take on additional duties and special projects as needed.Take the lead in directing and coordinating projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of benefits offerings.Assume ownership and leadership of key projects within the benefits analyst team.Take charge of spearheading strategic projects, driving them from inception to successful completion.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred2+ years working in house at a BROKERAGE experienceCalifornia life and health license preferredStrong business acumenPolished interpersonal skillsAbility to work at a fast pace, handle changing priorities, and have the highest level of confidentiality and discretionSound professional and personal judgementCompetenciesPossesses a strong teamwork orientationDemonstrate strong prioritization and multitasking skills to ensure client satisfactionAdvanced level knowledge of ExcelComputer proficient with excellent technological skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to easily adopt and work with all software platforms usedOrganized with excellent verbal and written communicationSuccess FactorsExcellent customer relationship skills, and proven ability to professionally interact with prospects, clients, and vendorsEthical business standards and transparencyAdoption of the Bryson "WOW" service model.
