The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the electrical trade, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team. You'll work alongside licensed electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial clients.Responsibilities:Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipmentMeasure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble electrical conduit and wiring under supervisionPull wire through conduit and prepare electrical components for installationFollow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sitesMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized mannerLoad and unload materials, and assist with job site preparation and clean-upLearn electrical codes, trade practices, and company standardsRequirements:Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the tradeAbility to follow directions and work under supervisionBasic mechanical or electrical aptitude preferredReliable transportation to and from our shopAbility to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical tasksWillingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsPreferred (but not required):Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship or trade school programOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification**We will assist in these items for the right candidate.
