We believe great work, honesty, attention to detail, and treating people the right way are what set us apart.Were looking for a Technician Apprentice, Entry-Level AV Technician, or Low-Voltage Technician who can handle basic install tasks and is ready to grow into a more advanced role in the custom integration, low-voltage, and home automation industry.Pay & Benefits$16$20/hour (based on experience)Health insurance (Employer Premium Contribution Included)Dental available401K with matchUp to 10 days PTOTools provided (Job Use)What You'll DoMount TVs and assist with home theater installations alongside experienced techniciansRun and terminate low-voltage wiring and structured cablingHook up and assist with configuration of audio/video equipmentAssist with installation of WiFi, networking, surveillance camera, and security systemsSupport lighting control, smart home automation, motorized shades, and basic control system installsWork as part of a team on larger installations that require multiple techniciansLearn installation best practices for rack systems, and cable management from senior team membersReceive hands-on training and mentorship while building technical skills and industry experienceYoull be working closely with experienced technicians and installers who will guide and support you as you learn. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to grow in the industry. You will not be expected to know everything on day one or work independently without support.What Were Looking ForAV, low voltage, construction, electrical helper, home automation, or related experienceAbility to run and terminate Cat5, Cat6, speaker wire, coax, and low-voltage cabling with minimal supervisionComfortable mounting TVs and handling basic installation tasksStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnComfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, heat/cold, and active construction job sitesPositive attitude and dependable work ethicInterest in technology, smart homes, networking, or audio/video systemsRequirementsValid Drivers LicenseAcceptable driving record requiredAbility to pass a criminal background check consistent with applicable law and client-site requirementsBe able to lift heavy items (60+ lbs)The WorkMost days involve installing AV systems, home theater systems, smart home automation, surveillance cameras, networking equipment, distributed audio, and low-voltage systems in homes and businesses around the Tulsa area. This is hands-on work, ladders, attics, crawl spaces, and job sites are part of the job.
