IT Technical Account Manager | vCISOWe are seeking a forward-thinking vCISO to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends technical expertise, strategic planning, and relationship leadership to align technology investments with business growth. You won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll shape technology roadmaps, influence executive decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for organizations that rely on you as their strategic partner. If you enjoy translating complex IT concepts into business value—and thinking 12–36 months ahead instead of just solving today’s tickets—this role is for you.What You’ll DoOwn and manage 15–25 client relationships as their primary technology advisorDevelop and maintain 1–3 year technology roadmaps aligned to business objectivesLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessionsIdentify opportunities for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, and operational efficiencyPartner with internal Service Desk and Project teams to ensure successful execution of initiativesOversee multiple concurrent client initiatives and prioritiesProvide executive-level recommendations backed by technical insightSupport revenue growth through proactive solution identification and pipeline managementStep in with hands-on technical guidance during critical situationsMaintain high client satisfaction and long-term retentionWhat You Bring3+ years in a client-facing IT role (Account Management, IT Consulting, Project Management, or similar)2+ years of hands-on technical experience (Helpdesk, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security)Strong understanding of:IT infrastructureCloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)Cybersecurity best practicesNetwork and systems architectureExperience leading business reviews and presenting to leadership teamsAbility to translate technical complexity into clear business valueProven ability to identify growth opportunities and advance strategic initiativesStrong organization, prioritization, and communication skillsA growth mindset and passion for emerging technologiesManaged Service Provider (MSP) experience a plus.Why This Role Stands OutHigh visibility with client leadership teamsBlend of strategy + technical depthReal influence on long-term client technology decisionsThis is a remote position with some travel, but the person must live in the Pacific Time Zone as preferred or Central Time Zone.#TECHIND
