About the Role
We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Administrative Assistantto provide dedicated support toC-suite and senior leadershipin a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support toC-suite executives and senior directors
Managecomplex and dynamic calendarsacross multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
Coordinatedomestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries
Plan and executehigh-visibility meetings, leadership events, and offsites
Prepare and manageexpense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
Create and editexecutive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)and communications
Act as aliaison between executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Handleconfidential and sensitive informationwith discretion
Supportteam operations, space planning, and special projects
Driveteam engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Expert-levelcalendar management(Outlook, complex scheduling)
Proven experience supportingC-suite or senior executives
Strong experience inevent planning and travel coordination
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-pressure environment
Qualifications
35+ years of administrative experience (senior-level preferred)
Prior experience supportingexecutive leadership (C-suite strongly preferred)
Bachelors degree preferred (not mandatory)
