Join our team of experienced engineers in the development and institutionalization of a Digital Engineering environment set to confront these challenges. As a member of the Verification, Validation and Transition (VV&T) team you will be responsible for technical support of the planning and execution of enterprise and system-level verification, validation and transition activities for national assets, associated ground segments and services, and information processing systems within the enterprise.Duties include: Evaluation of architecture, requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for VV&T impactsDefinition of VV&T activities and associated VV&T products (e.g., strategies, plans, Requests for Change (RFC), procedures, checklists, RVTMs, briefings, etc.) for new and modified mission and service capabilitiesLead or support the execution of those VV&T activities (e.g., Test events, Transitions, Milestone Readiness Events)Prepare reports describing the results, risk assessment, discrepancy reporting and lessons learned of those VV&T activitiesRisk management, tracking and closure with Acquisition Offices and stakeholdersFacilitate technical meetings to coordinate, and support VV&T activities and milestonesProvide technical consultation, briefings and recommendations to the customer and other stakeholdersQualifications:Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.DMust have an active TS/SCI, with Poly to startVerification, Validation and Transition (VV&T) experience within overall customer domainStrong business acumen: ability to relate professionally inside the work environmentDetailed knowledge of GEOINT systems and overall space and ground architectureExpertise in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysisExperience with Mission Planning, Control or Processing functions in support of space and ground architectureExperience writing test strategies, plans, procedures, and checklistsExperience executing tests, analyzing data, and summarizing results.
