Position Available Full-time or Part-time Occupational Therapist First Step Therapy is currently seeking an OTR to join our growing multidisciplinary team at our Lakeland Clinic treating clients with a variety of diagnoses ranging from age 0-21 years old. W2 and 1099 positions available Flexible schedule and great benefits! Paid training and mentorship provided for new therapists. Occupational therapists work with patients that have developmental delays, teaching them functional skills to improve independence. Occupational therapists monitor, document, and review progress throughout the treatment period. Occupational therapists collaborate with occupational therapy assistants providing feedback and supervision throughout the treatment period.
