Field Sales Representative
Field Sales RepresentativeThe Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by acquiring new clients and retaining existing customers. This position is also responsible for production and attending to client needs as required by the branch.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new prospects through field visits, referrals, and local participation.
Conduct property evaluations and recommend customized solutions.
Present proposals, explain service programs, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with branch management to align sales efforts with operational capacity.
Record prospects, appointments, and conversions in the CRM (HubSpot or Real Green). Follow up on quotes and client inquiries promptly to maximize the closure rate.
Make contact through phone calls and property visits to retain existing clients and strengthen long-term relationships.
Represent Fairway professionally at community events and homeowner associations. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service communication.
QualificationsMore than 2 years of experience in field sales or external sales (home services or related fields preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile sales technology.
Valid drivers license and good driving record.
Must be bilingual.
