Senior Production Workers Compensation Underwriter

TThis is a hybrid Senior Production Underwriter, workers compensation. Looking for someone used to working with brokers and cali wc underwriting premium 10k-200k.SD Central, with 4 site visits monthly.The Senior Production Underwriter is primarily responsible for:1. Risk Evaluation: Selection, retention, and pricing of new and existing business in accordance with the company’s underwriting philosophy and guidelines.2. Broker Relationships: Pro-actively develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company’s agency partners in an effort to promote the company’s products and services.3. Premium Growth: Works closely with Field Sales Managers in plan management of brokers. (i.e., Generation of submissions, target quote and bind hit ratios, co-working agency business plans and incentives.)4. Underwriting Profit: Works closely with Field Sales Managers in the achievement of pricing targets and commission targets to meet company’s profitability objectives.
