Job Title: VMware vSphere Trainer / InstructorLocation: Hybrid, - Silverdale, WashingtonWork authorization: US CitizenJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced VMware vSphere Trainer to deliver high-quality training services to government personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in VMware virtualization technologies and proven experience conducting structured training programs.This role supports a U.S. Department of Defense (Navy) training requirement focused on VMware vSphere.Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training on VMware vSphere (installation, configuration, and management). Develop and/or customize training materials aligned with VMware best practices. Provide hands-on lab guidance and real-world scenario-based learning. Assess participant progress and ensure learning objectives are achieved. Support training logistics and coordinate with stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and training methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in:VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)Virtualization concepts and infrastructure management Prior experience delivering technical training or classroom instruction Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyPreferred Qualifications VMware certifications (highly preferred):VCP (VMware Certified Professional)VCAP (preferred) Experience supporting federal / DoD / government environments Familiarity with structured training delivery under compliance frameworksEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)Additional Requirements Must be eligible to work on U.S. government contracts Ability to meet contract timelines and deliverablesIdeal Candidate Profile Trainer + hands-on VMware engineer Experience in structured corporate or government training programs Strong lab/demo delivery capabilityFlexible work from home options available.
