Oracle EDI Functional Analyst📍 Location: Remote (Must be open to occasional travel to Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA)💼 Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C/1099)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EDI Functional Analyst to support and enhance enterprise Oracle EDI integrations for a large-scale manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), EDI standards, Oracle SCM modules, and Oracle eCommerce Gateway, with hands-on experience supporting production EDI environments and resolving complex integration issues.This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates must be willing to travel occasionally to Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA as business needs require.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for Oracle EDI processes and Oracle E-Business Suite applications.Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle EDI and Sterling Integrator (SI) support requests.Analyze production support issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across enterprise teams.Monitor EDI environments, error queues, and support mailboxes to ensure timely issue resolution.Perform trading partner onboarding, EDI configuration, and minor mapping modifications.Troubleshoot Sterling Integrator (SI/B2B Integrator) business processes.Support implementation of new EDI trading partners and maintain existing integrations.Develop and maintain EDI support documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.Ensure stability, integrity, and performance of Oracle EDI environments.Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to drive continuous improvements.Required QualificationsStrong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10.2) and R12 (12.1.3).Hands-on experience with Oracle modules including:Oracle ApplicationsRelease Management (RLM)Order Management (OM)PurchasingSupply Chain Management (SCM)Oracle eCommerce GatewaySolid understanding of EDI standards, including:ANSI X12EDIFACTIDOCExperience supporting and troubleshooting Oracle EDI implementations.Knowledge of common EDI transactions including:X12: 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862EDIFACT: ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADVExperience monitoring EDI environments and resolving production support issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
