As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters, with an exciting opportunity for promotion after just 3 months. Job Description: As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter at Cat Topia, you’ll spend the first 3 months engaging with homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of our catios, and setting up appointments for our sales consultants. This role is your entry point into Cat Topia, with a clear path to promotion based on your performance and dedication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Cat Topia’s custom outdoor cat enclosures. Engage in friendly conversations to explain the benefits of our catios and generate interest. Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our sales consultants for a full consultation. Accurately record appointment details and provide regular updates to the management team. Uphold a positive, professional image of Cat Topia in all interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous experience in door-to-door sales, customer service, or appointment setting is beneficial but not required. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Passion for cats and an interest in promoting their well-being. Reliable transportation and availability to work within assigned areas. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. What We Offer: Starting pay of $18.50 per hour, plus commissions for each successful appointment set.
