Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team and take ownership of daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.Why You'll Love This RoleTarget Salary range $85K-105K (based on experience), plus additional bonus opportunity; great benefitsOpportunity to work on complex accounting across multiple entitiesCollaborative team environment with room for growthExposure to investor reporting and audit processes What You'll DoExecute month-end close and prepare financial statements.Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations for multiple entities.Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages for investors, lenders, and management.Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.Support annual audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.Prepare lease and owner share payment analyses. What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred3-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a mix of public and industryExposure to real estate, leasing, or telecommunications is a plusExperience with lease accountingExperience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferredGreat attitude, positive and interested in personal and professional growthStrong Excel skills and proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial cultureAt Taylor White, we specialize in Accounting & Finance roles in Tampa Bay.
