LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an eLearning Developer to join our team.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL
Job Description
The eLearning Developer supports the modernization of Special Tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop online learning modules
Design multimedia instructional products
Support learning management systems
Create digital assessments
Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
Minimum five years supporting DoD instructional technology programs
Experience developing online training solutions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Qualifications
Articulate Storyline experience
Adobe Captivate experience
SCORM development experience
Military training background
