This will be at our Hicksville, NY location.Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate architectural and electrical drawingsProduce accurate and timely lighting fixture and controls take-offsIdentify discrepancies in specifications and drawings with design teamRequest pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales repsProduce comprehensive and timely lighting proposalsUpon project award, produce timely submittal packagesReview submittal approvals and update quotes accordinglyReview lighting changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordinglyCollaborate with Sales team on all proposalsCollaborate with Project Management team throughout order releaseQualifications and Skills:A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience in Lighting Estimating (a plus)Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documentsExperience with Bluebeam software (a plus)Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)High attention to detailExcellent quantitative and analytical math skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsPositive customer service skillsBenefits:At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference-to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
