Commercial Litigation Associate

Office Locations: IndianapolisQuarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with 4-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation practice in our Indianapolis office. Applicants should have significant experience researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing at hearings in Indiana state and federal courts and in arbitration, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing smaller matters with limited supervision, and working successfully as part of a team on larger matters. In addition, the successful candidate must have a strong academic record, paired with the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to become a partner at the firm.
