Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Full-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Are you a people-person? Then you’re our kind of teammate. Our office provides a high level of service to our patients through chiropractic care. The ideal candidate for this position is an extroverted, natural encourager who is deeply committed to helping others. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly adaptable, and possess a high-capacity work ethic. Responsibilities: Manage the flow of patients in the office Guide New Patients through the office Provide tours of the office to patients Take, upload and draw up Xrays Perform nervous system scans on patients Assistant in teaching patients exercises Assistant in setting up patients in traction Assist patients with completing paperwork and forms Participate in community outreach events that we host Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their visit Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, joyful demeanor Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team High level of professionalism and integrity Benefits: Competitive starting pay range of $21-$23 per hour Paid vacation time and paid sick leave Access to chiropractic care Health insurance stipend Opportunities for training and professional development This is a full-time position with the following hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-1pm and 2pm-7pm Wednesday from 9am-12pm Friday from 8am-3pm Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week.
