Role Description The Wet Process Operator is a full-time, on-site role based out of Pendergrass, GA. The role involves handling and operating chemical processing equipment, following standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting chemical processes, implementing preventive maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency, and adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collaboration with team members to troubleshoot and resolve process issues is also an integral part of the role. Qualifications Experience in the Chemical Industry and a solid understanding of Process Engineering principlesSkills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance for manufacturing equipmentKnowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot chemical process issuesHigh attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracyAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environmentPrior experience in a similar role or manufacturing setting is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
