You'll work hands-on with code, APIs, and data platforms to solve real integration challenges across complex system-of-systems environments. This is an individual contributor role where your technical depth matters every day.*What You'll Do** Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enable interoperability across Army intelligence systems* Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to connect disparate platforms and data sources* Work within Agile/Scrum development teams to deliver iterative, mission-driven software capabilities* Leverage Palantir Foundry to support data integration, analytics, and operational workflows* Collaborate with government stakeholders, system integrators, and end users to translate mission requirements into technical solutions* Support system integration and testing across evolving Army network environments* Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and integration issues in operational and developmental settings*What You Bring** 15+ years of software engineering experience* BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)* Experience applying AI/ML techniques such as model development, data pipeline engineering, or integration of machine learning capabilities into operational software systems* Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript,* Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools such as React, Docker, and Kubernetes* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)* Demonstrated experience writing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar)* Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies in a delivery-focused environment* Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or related data integration/analytics platforms* Ability to work in a DoD environment supporting Army programs*Other Details** Business travel required (~20%)* This is a full-time, on-site position at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD*About Us*Decision Engineering Corporation is a small business delivering engineering services, training products, and military subject matter expertise to government customers. xibtplm We combine deep domain experience with cutting-edge technologies to ensure mission success — and we back it up with an employee-focused culture that invests in your growth.Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* AD&D insurance* Dental insurance* Dependent health insurance coverage* Disability insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid holidays* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceEducation:* Bachelor's (Required)Security clearance:* Top Secret (Required)Ability to Commute:* Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 (Required)Work Location: In person
