Act as a representative of our client, addressing or resolving inquiries from taxpayers via multiple channels: email, phone, fax, etc. Update, maintain, or access taxpayer accounts, transactions, or documents in proprietary system. Successfully complete basic training. Able to meet department productivity and quality standards. Maintain a deep understanding of complex municipal codes. Working knowledge of business models in key discovery types. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Compensation The starting base salary for this Fresno position is expected to be between $ 18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
