QA Analyst

Responsible for the planning and definition of rules and quality standards, recommending modifications in the quality of components. Provide reporting for the department and individual performance to quality standards and trend analysis. Provide education and assistance to internal and external customers by providing details and documentation for selections.Monitor the effectiveness of various processes through use of data and internal auditing programsPerform quality audits and provide management with reporting on individual performancePerform trend and gap analysis, providing management with reporting and policy, procedure and training recommendationsRespond to routine and complex inquiries from business partners, auditors (internal and external), and clients; effectively position messages in a manner that is supportive of the divisional and corporate direction as necessary to ensure appropriate resolutionMaintain and ensure compliance with procedures and metrics that impact quality throughout the departmentUtilize in depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and writing techniquesAppropriately elevate situations that could have broader business impactsDocument performance opportunities acquired through multiple sources (e.g., compliments, complaints, coaching opportunities) and provide to appropriate staff memberMay assist in the identifying technical issues through problem duplication and manipulation of data to provide details to the software development team for correction and improvementDevelop documentation and update written processes and procedures for training purposes as well as new process implementationJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experienceDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision; takes initiative to effectively carry out responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to effectively coach and communicate with all levels of employees; possesses strong interpersonal skillsExperience in handling and resolving moderate to complex assignments and communicating results and recommendations to managementDemonstrated flexibility to handle multiple issues requiring changes in priorities and workflowKnowledge of internal audit process and proceduresProficient using Microsoft ExcelExcellent problem solving, critical thinking and effective negotiations skillsAbility to work within complex systems to extract information needed to support the businessExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below.
