IAD AUTO Offers two locations in Beltsville and Landover with over 300 vehicles. - Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner - Provide sales support to existing customers and address any inquiries or issues they may have - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or retail sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events - Comfortable with public speaking engagements We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
