Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports. Identify and course correct project issues and risks. Assist in the development of response plans to resolve project issues/risks.Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues. Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance. What You’ll NeedFiber Splicing/Telecom experience. Supervisory experience. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Valid driver’s license (class "C" minimum). Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
