Technical and Trade SchoolsVocational Rehabilitation ServicesScheduled Air TransportationPipeline Transportation of Natural GasSupport Activities for Air TransportationJob TitleEnd Line TechnicianDepartmentEnd DepartmentReports toProduction SupervisorEmployment StatusRegular, Full-TimeFLSA ClassificationNon-ExemptShift2-2-3 C crew 7PM - 7AMLocationUSA - Olyphant, PA (greater Scranton, PA Area)Travel0-5%Position SummaryMachine operator that will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment.Essential Functions/Key DeliverablesEnsure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification sheets.Ability to do basic repairs on the equipment.Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheet.Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.Locate and clear basic jams that may occur on the machines during Production.Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.Assist with regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery.Actively support the maintenance team during line changeover.Train or assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks.Basic knowledge of the shell press, liners and conversion press.Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the management staff, corresponding with the role.
