If you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you are required to work a minimum of 2 on-site days per week.Role Overview: We are seeking a high-impact sales leader with deep Financial Services expertise and a proven ability to originate, shape, and close large, complex deals across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.This individual must bring strong executive relationships across Financial Services clients, a deep understanding of security, compliance, and risk, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in highly matrixed environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development across Financial Services accounts, building and closing a high-quality pipelineLead end-to-end complex sales cycles (origination through close), including deal shaping, negotiation, and contract executionDevelop and articulate DXC Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) value propositions aligned to risk reduction, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and platform modernizationBuild and execute strategic account plans aligned to client priorities such as infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption (hybrid and multi-cloud), operational resiliency, and AI readinessCreate differentiated win strategies leveraging DXC capabilities, strategic alliances, and broader ecosystem partnersLead and coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, including win themes, competitive positioning, and executive-level messagingEstablish and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, CFO, CRO, and CISOCollaborate across a matrixed organization, including account teams, solution architects, delivery leaders, and partner organizationsMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal governance in alignment with sales operationsIndustry Focus Financial Services Industry (FSI)Banking (Retail and Commercial)Capital MarketsPayments and FinTechQuota & ScopeAnnual quota typically ranging from $10M–$25M+, depending on territory and account portfolioOwnership of enterprise-scale, multi-tower integration and modernization programsResponsibility for driving new revenue growth and expanding long-term integration footprintsRequired Experience And CapabilitiesFinancial Services ExpertiseDeep understanding of how banks, capital markets firms, and payment companies operateStrong knowledge of regulatory, security, compliance, and risk frameworks (e.g., SOX, Basel, PCI, FFIEC)Experience aligning technology solutions to risk management, audit, and regulatory requirementsSales and Deal LeadershipProven track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar dealsExperience selling one or more of the following:Cloud (public, private, hybrid, multi-cloud)Mainframe and mid-range modernizationInfrastructure and platform servicesService desk and digital workplace solutionsManaged services and IT outsourcing (ITO)Demonstrated success in:Winning competitive pursuits and formal RFP processesIncreasing win rates and deal velocityExpanding existing accounts and acquiring new clientsExecutive Presence and Relationship BuildingAbility to earn trust and credibility with senior client stakeholdersEstablished CXO-level relationships within Financial Services organizationsStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomesEcosystem and Partner LeadershipExperience working across a broad partner ecosystem, including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), ISVs, infrastructure providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs)Ability to orchestrate multi-party deal strategies and co-sell engagementsOperating Model and Leadership TraitsProven success operating in complex, matrix-managed organizationsAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to consistently deliver results and exceed targetsHigh standards for quality, accountability, and executionStrong strategic thinking combined with disciplined executionPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience in consultative or advisory-led sales environmentsFamiliarity with FinOps, AIOps, or AI-enabled infrastructure solutionsExperience developing business cases and value realization modelsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent achievement of revenue, pipeline, and margin targetsTrusted advisor relationships with Financial Services clients and executive stakeholdersLeadership of high-quality, differentiated pursuits that win in competitive environmentsRepeatable growth across strategic accounts and partner ecosystemsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $157,600 - $236,400.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
