Your work will be essential in laying the operational foundation that enables us to execute at speed and precision.This is a critical, high-impact role. You’ll lead and execute key operational projects—ranging from early team buildouts for data projects and internal product changes to putting together legal/contracts, payment systems, and internal dashboards for clients. You will partner across teams to keep operations running smoothly and anticipate what’s needed next as we scale.We’re looking for individuals who are either just out of school (general athletes and high-performers encouraged to apply) or bringing 1-3 years of experience in an operations or strategy role. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, have a generalist mindset, and are eager to tackle everything from building recruiting pipelines to tightening operational processes and infrastructure.This is a unique opportunity to take ownership early, build critical systems from the ground up, and help shape the trajectory of a company at the intersection of AI and finance.
