Pharmacist Location: Berlin, NH Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $3,166 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position ID: 77050206 Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday 8hr days (7/730am - 430/5pm) rotating weekends Description: INPATIENT PHARMACIST. Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week (7/730a - 430/5p) with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) Saturday/Sunday 8a-1p. ASAP start preferred.2-5 years experience required previous hospital experience REQUIRED.Ideally, previous Critical Access Hospital experience as well. Must be willing/able to work independently (specifically on weekends). Facility has ICU, LD , M/S, ED that this Pharmacist would support. Meditech experience preferred. Familiarity with Omnicell is a plus.*RURAL LOCATION.Housing can be a challenge.
