Role Description This is a contract role for a Registered Nurse, operating on a hybrid model based in Denver Metropolitan Area with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include validating care skills,planning and evaluating patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and providing education to patients and families about health management and preventive care. Qualifications Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administrationStrong documentation skills, including accurate and timely maintenance of medical recordsExperience in patient education and preventive care strategiesKnowledge of healthcare protocols, compliance standards, and best practicesExceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and in a hybrid environment (on-site and remotely)Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of ColoradoBLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications are preferredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification is desirableExperience in home healthcare or community-based nursing is a plus
