In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment such as stand up and sit down forklifts, and supporting the movement of products throughout the warehouse.This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our "Move to the Work" culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AMAdditional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Pick products accurately to fulfill customer ordersOperate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucksUtilize electric and manual pallet jacks as neededRead and interpret pick tickets and warehouse documentationUse RF handheld devices to track and process inventoryMaintain a high level of accuracy and productivityFollow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelinesCross-train in additional warehouse functions and support operational needs as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience preferredExperience operating a reach truck preferredAbility to read and interpret safety guidelines and proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 poundsProlonged standing and walking on concrete surfacesFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and liftingAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditionsAbility to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipmentManual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products Benefits: We offer a competitive benefit package that includes: Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one - no waiting period.Company-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program.401(k) with company match.Employee discount on Ubique Group products.Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 Accrued PTO days per year Ubique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
