Financial Planning Associate

Seven Springs Wealth Group is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join our growing and talented team. The ideal candidate enjoys a dynamic environment and is focused on building a sustainable career through superior client service, earning referrals, and community engagement. The planner should also be comfortable integrating technology into their practice. Acceptable applicants include those who have completed rigorous advisory training programs, equipping them with the technical expertise to support a lead advisor. Such roles include existing paraplanner or support advisor roles.Seven Springs Wealth Group is a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, TN. We serve individuals and families, both locally and across the country, in a collaborative relationship through objective financial advice based on our clients’ unique circumstances.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university. Minimum 3 years financial planning experience. Candidates should be detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity. CFP®, CFA, or CPA preferred (or substantial progress toward attainment).
