CMM / PCDMIS Programmer

Role descriptionJob Title:  CMM Programmer / PC-DMIS ProgrammerLocation: Lynn, MA Job DescriptionProgram complex aerospace parts utilizing advanced PCDMIS methods.  This programming process entails programming offline to a CAD model, debug on CMM, perform repeat study, perform independent validation and implement into shop.  The ability to read complex drawings, interpret GD&T and build the program utilizing the CAD model is required.   Used PCDMIS version 2021 or newerMin 5 years of PCDMIS programming experience, or 2 years of PCDMIS experience along with 5 years of other CMM language.Has used PCDMIS extensively within a yearProgram offline utilizing CAD modelsAble to program iterative alignmentsAble to program 6-point target point alignmentsTouch scanning experienceStrong GD&T skills, with strong focus on true position, runout, surface profile Desired SkillsRead and write text files from PCDMIS2D Modeling and 3D experience would be helpfulKnowledgeable with variablesCAD experience, NX preferredFamiliar with MSA process
