Position: SAP STP/MMDuration:18 months +Location: Dallas TXWe are seeking a senior-level SAP STP/MM Business Analyst, combining deep functional expertise with strong technical acumen. This individual will lead end-to-end solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across procurement and materials management processes.Location preference is Dallas but will consider Houston and kindly send the below details when responding.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders across Source-to-Pay (STP) and MM processesTranslate complex business needs into functional and technical specificationsDesign, configure, and optimize SAP MM/STP solutions aligned with best practicesAct as a bridge between business users and technical teams (ABAP, integrations, data)Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, testing, and deploymentManage and prioritize multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomesIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutionsOversee integration points with other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM, etc.)Support data migration, system enhancements, and interface developmentProvide expert-level troubleshooting and production supportMentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharingRequired Qualifications8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM/STPProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in SAP environmentsDeep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processesHands-on experience with SAP configuration and functional designStrong knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware)Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrationsAbility to create detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, TSDs)Key SkillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership and project management capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to translate business language into technical solutionsProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilityExperience working in cross-functional and global teamsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesSAP certification in MM or S/4HANA
