General Manager
As the General Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our ice cream scoopers uphold the company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching, & feedback. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions.
