This role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across IT service management and related modules.You will work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring all solutions meet audit, risk, and compliance standards expected in the banking industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modulesConfigure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scriptsBuild and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIsSupport and enhance CMDB, asset management (ITAM), and service catalogParticipate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuningCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsEnsure data integrity, platform stability, and system securityMaintain proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance standardsSupport incident, problem, and change management processesRequired Skills4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIsExperience with REST/SOAP integrationsStrong understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data modelExperience working in enterprise environments (financial preferred)Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience with ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modulesServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS)Experience with Discovery and CMDB optimizationExposure to regulated environments (banking, fintech, insurance)Experience with platform governance or Center of Excellence (CoE) modelsInterested CandidatesPlease Share Your Updated Resume Along WithFull NameContact NumberEmail IDCurrent LocationWork AuthorizationTotal Years of ExperienceAvailability to StartExpected Salary
