This role is ideal for physicians who are passionate about patient-centered medicine, intellectually curious, and eager to participate in cutting-edge clinical research and program development.As part of an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, physicians benefit from a deeply integrated multidisciplinary environment dedicated to advancing groundbreaking therapies and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.What You'll Do• Provide comprehensive care for patients with leukemia and benign hematologic disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient-centered care• Participate in inpatient consultative services, outpatient clinics, and longitudinal disease management• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and emerging therapeutic approaches• Participate in a robust clinical trials portfolio, including early-phase and investigator-initiated studies• Engage in innovative immunotherapy, cellular therapy, and translational research initiatives• Collaborate with clinical, translational, and basic science investigators across Roswell Park• Contribute to the advancement of novel treatment strategies and emerging therapies in hematologic malignancies and benign hematology• Support the continued growth and development of leukemia and benign hematology programs• Contribute to initiatives focused on myeloproliferative neoplasms and non-malignant hematologic disorders• Help expand clinical, research, and academic initiatives aligned with institutional priorities• Work closely with advanced practice providers, research coordinators, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams• Participate in the academic mission through mentorship, teaching, and scholarly engagement• Foster a collegial and collaborative environment grounded in innovation, compassion, and continuous improvement• Support a culture aligned with High Reliability Organization principles emphasizing safety, accountability, and teamworkAbout the DepartmentThe Leukemia and Hematologic Malignancies programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center are nationally recognized for advancing innovative therapies, cellular therapy, immunotherapy, and translational cancer research.
