PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION THOUROUGHLY Dedicated Docks (Contract) Job Type: Contract (CDL A Owner Operator) Must have your own Semi Truck Position Overview: Seeking experienced CDL Owner Operators with their own semi trucks. Operators will pull Amazon trailers around the Miami areas locally. Requirements: Copy of Driver's License. Copy of Medical Card. Copy of SSN. Copy of Truck Registration/Apportioned. Copy of Annual Inspection. Bobtail and PIP Insurance. Copy of IFTA (If Applicable). 4 photos of the truck front, back and 2 sides. Void Check (Needs to be the same account holder on the W9). If you do not have a voided check or direct deposit form, an additional Payment Form will be provided later. Form W9. If the form is under a company name, please send a copy of Tax ID. You will receive this form to complete via DocuSign later. Application Forms. You will receive a DocuSign link for you to complete these forms. Amazon Mandatory Rules. You will receive a DocuSign link for you to review and sign. You're paid weekly with the first week in the hole.
