SEMI_Patient Service Rep

Employment Type:Full time. Shift:Evening Shift. Description:Shifts will vary. Primarily will be 10 am-6:30 pm. Could be as late as 3:30 pm to midnight for some shifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Answer client phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding test information and patient results. Refer complex issues to the appropriate Client Service Specialist as needed .. Reconcile pending test lists from clients and monitor/investigate tests pending at referral laboratories .. Reconcile Warde daily and/or weekly pending lists .. Support Client Service Specialists by researching test information, entering client responses into the LIS, and contacting clients as needed .. Assist the Client Services Manager with special projects .. Perform administrative duties as needed .. Assist with reference lab reporting ..
