PRN Registered Nurse (RN)

FirstLight Home Care is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to work independently while supporting both clients and caregivers in a dynamic home care environment. Essential Job Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned as required. Manage day-to-day scheduling and client assignments Answer incoming calls, conduct client intakes, and handle client referrals Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls when scheduled Perform initial and ongoing in-home client evaluations Coordinate client services and conduct caregiver introductions Initiate appropriate preventive and rehabilitative non-medical procedures Supervise, train, and conduct caregiver performance evaluations as needed Complete visit documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies Conduct initial and follow-up visits with prospective and existing clients to introduce services and build strong client relationships Participate in quality assurance reviews and agency service evaluations as requested Stay current with technology and software programs used by the agency Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
