Pearl Street Pizzeria & Pub in Fishers, IN is looking for a talented line cook to join our team. We are located on 10462 Olio Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, punctual, and engaged. Compensation may increase based on experience, and timely increases will be given with seniority. Hourly pay with 30-40 hrs expected per week. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKEND EVENINGS. Must be able to speak Spanish and English. Responsibilities: Set up workstations Follow recipes for preparing sauces, dressings, soups, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads Cook dishes to business standards Follow health and safety guidelines Keep a clean workstation including washing dishes Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Qualifications: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to receiving your application.
