LEGO® STEM & Robotics Instructor

Brick Tech is expanding and we’re looking for passionate, creative, and tech-savvy instructors to join our team! We offer fun and educational STEM programs to elementary-aged students (K–5), using LEGO robotics kits and other engaging tools that spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.
About the Role:
As a STEM & Robotics Instructor, you’ll lead small group classes and workshops at schools, community centers, and partner sites across the Bay Area. You’ll guide students through building and coding projects, encourage teamwork and problem-solving, and help foster a love of science and technology in a supportive, inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience teaching or working with children (especially ages 4–12)
Background in a STEM field (college coursework or degree preferred)
Familiarity with LEGO robotics or similar educational tech tools
Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a classroom
Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging presence
Details:
Part-time, flexible schedule (weekdays and/or weekends)
Training and curriculum provided
Starting at $25 per hour
