Field
For Carpenters:
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
Ensure projects are completed to specifications and within deadlines
For General Laborers:
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform site clean-up and preparation work
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
Assist in erecting scaffolding, shoring, and braces
Carry out general physical tasks as required on the job site
For Painters:
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve the desired color and texture
Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect adjacent areas during painting
Repair and touch up any surface imperfections after painting
Clean up and maintain painting tools and equipment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
