Assignment Length: through 03/31/2027, potential for extension/conversion depending on performance, attendance and business need Target Start Date: July, 2026 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision JOB SUMMARY: The Underwriting Account Senior Representative, within Clients Supplemental Benefits contributes to the Underwriting process through the handling of all Medicare Supplement, Health and Life underwritten applications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Review medical history, data and interviews employing critical thinking skillsOperating third party software to summarize application medical and health dataProvide written correspondence, to the applicant or broker, regarding outstanding application requirements Qualifications:High School diploma is required2+ years insurance or medical experience required, preferably medical insurance or PBM background1+ yr. of customer service experience preferably on phonesMedical terminology preferredExcellent organizational and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize workload independently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of medical conditions/prescriptions#TMCS
